F.I.T. {Fitting in Time}

Tina Greene, Fitness Enthusiast, Mompreneur & Co-Founder of Coffee & Whine, is currently residing in San Diego. She was born in Japan and raised in Southern California, and holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California San Diego. In her former life she worked in the apparel industry both in international sales, sourcing and importing.  Fitness has always been a passion for Tina as she danced for over 10 years and holds fitness certifications in the following: Personal Trainer – American Council of Exercise (ACE), Exercise Science and Fitness Instruction – (UCSD), Ignite Performance –(IMG Academy, formerly known as Combine 360), Stroller Strides – (Postpartum), Fit4Baby – (Prenatal) and Pure Barre.

She tries to balance fitness, work and life while parenting her daughter Shiloh and son Ryan. It has been a vision for Tina to create a site where modern, savvy Moms can stay informed, be inspired and meet other like-minded women.
